Send us your full name, delivery address, email, coop selection, À La Cluck options and if you want panels for us to install or pre assembled and curbside delivery. You will then receive a detailed invoice and description of the coop you are ordering with an estimated delivery week. You will also need to provide a zip code and video/pictures for ease of access to coop location. Delivery, tolls and fuel surcharge may apply. A deposit of 50% minimum is due at the time of ordering your coop to secure a spot on our calendar.
Payment can be made via ACH, bank check or money order for discount, Venmo (convenience fee 3.6%), or Credit Card (convenience fee 3.6%). When we deliver your coop the final payment can be made either via ACH, COD, bank check, money order, Venmo (convenience fee 3.6%) or Credit Card (convenience fee 3.6%) at day of delivery.

To ensure a seamless install, we request video and pictures of the site of where your coop is going and the path we have access to. with our truck and enclosed trailer We have 2 options now for delivery.
Option 1- Panel install- The good news is that we install in panels. There is no need for bulky machines or removal of fences etc to access your backyard. We do ask that we have a place to pull our pick up truck and 14' enclosed trailer. There will be an additional surcharge if the distance from access point of our trailer, to coop location is over 10'. We charge an hourly rate of $150 if distance is further and give you an estimate based on the video you send to coop site.
For panel install-
We ask that the site be level for your coop and area is prepped. We do not perform site work. If the site level is not possible, we can add a 4" x 4" pressure treated base, along with pressure treated plywood for your coop to sit on. We would like to know this prior to install as there will be an additional charge based on coop and coop size (pricing starts at $450 and depending on how out of level price will be given and approval needed before continuing). We also have another option of just leveling the coop with pressure treated blocks and then you can DIY and enclose the bottom when we leave to make sure your chickens are secure. (pricing starts at $250 plus material and depending on how out of level price will be given and approval needed before continuing).Payment will be due in full upon completion
We will confirm the day before we are coming.. We will need access to an electrical outlet and a hose and exterior spigot if you are doing a water system. If this is not available, we do have a generator but we do not carry water. We need to know this in advance.
Option 2- Coop is already assembled and loaded onto to our open 20' trailer. Depending on driveway access, we may be able to roll off but we reserve the right to refuse delivery driveway and will only be based on curbside. You will be responsible for moving coop, placing it onto coop site, leveling coop and securing with predator apron etc. We offer then curbside delivery and you will be able with PVC to roll your coop into place with 2 people. We are happy to supply the pvc pipe for an additional charge. This is based on weather but we offer year round delivery. Keep in mind our trailer does not touch grass.
You will be given a delivery week for the install of your coop or delivery date if it comes pre asssembled. As the week approaches, we will contact you at the end of the prior to give you an install day. We do block a couple of days due to inclement weather. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this and delays may happen. We try to stay as close to our delivery week but understand that there may be a delay to install due to unforeseen circumstances.. We will confirm the day before we are coming. Payment will be due in full upon completion.
