Order Process

You will receive a detailed invoice and description of the coop you are ordering with an estimated delivery week date.  You will also need to provide a zip code and pictures for ease of access to coop location.  Delivery, tolls and fuel surcharge may apply.  A deposit of 50% minimum  is due at the time of ordering your coop to secure a spot on our calendar.  

Payment can be made via bank check or money order for no fee, Venmo (convenience fee 3%), Pay Pal Credit (subject to approval and convenience fee 3.5%) or  Credit Card (convenience fee 3%).  When we  install your coop the final payment can be made either via COD, bank check, money order, Venmo (convenience fee 3%) or Credit Card (convenience fee 3%) at day of install.

To ensure a seamless install, we request pictures of the site of where your coop is going and the path we have access to.  The good news is that we install in panels.  There is no need for bulky machines or removal of fences etc to access your backyard.  We do ask that we have a place to pull our pick up truck and enclosed trailer. There will be an additional surcharge if the distance from access point of our trailer, to coop location is over 25'.  We charge an hourly rate of $150 if distance is further

We ask that the site is as close to level as possible for your coop and area is prepped.  We do not perform site work. If the site level is not possible, we can add a 4" x 4" or 4" x 6" pressure treated base for your coop to sit on.  We would need to know this prior to install as there will be an additional charge based on coop and coop size (pricing starts at $400).  

If you need suggestions or recommendations on what is necessary to prep your coop area, we would be happy to guide you thru this process.

You will be given a delivery week for the install of your coop.  As the week approaches, we will contact you at the end of the prior  to give you an install day.  We do block 2 days due to inclement weather.  Unfortunately, we dont have control over this and delays may happen.  We try to stay as close to our delivery week but understand that there may be a delay to install.

We will confirm the day before we are coming..  We will need access to an electrical outlet and in most cases a hose and exterior spigot.  If this is not available, we do have a generator but we do not carry water.

We have coops in the tri state area in addition to multiple states- CT, NY, NJ, PA, MA, NH, MD, VA and NC and and have the ability to deliver beyond. Final turnkey pricing is based on coop selection, ease of access to site  and distance from 06830 round trip.  (75 miles each way, round trip)

The flat charge for the first 75 miles total round trip from 06830 (truck route), which includes set up and delivery:

• $275 Chickie Tender 6'x4'
• $400 Flappy Fort Large Combo 6' x 12'
• $500 Flappy Fort Jumbo Combo 8' x 16'
• $275 Flappy Fort Large Hen House Only 6'x4'
• $375 Flappy Fort Jumbo Hen House Only 6'x4'
• $700 Pecker Palace 6' x 12'
• $900 Pecker Palace 8' x 24'
• $400-$600 Nugget
• Chateau Le Cluck TBD on Size

In some cases, fuel surcharge or tolls will apply beyond the round trip from 06830, 75 initial mileage and $2 for every mile round trip from 06830.  Beyond 3 hours will result in additional charge that is based on total destination and other fees.

For example: 

1. 06830 to 06824 is 56 miles round trip.  The flat charge for Flappy Fort Large Combo would be $400 for delivery.
2. 06830 to 01075 is 250 miles round trip.  250 miles - 150 miles = 100 miles.  The charge would be $400 + $200 = $600 for delivery
3. 06830 to 08742 is 220 miles round trip.  220 miles - 150 miles = 70 miles.  The charge would be $400 + $140 + $100 tolls = $1040 for delivery
